This tea is made up of plants people usually stay away from because they are spiny and stinging, but in the form of a tea they have powerful healing properties!
Rose Hips, Nettles, Devil’s Club, Hawthorne, Yarrow, Rosemary, Licorice
Add 12 oz of boiling water to approximately 2 teaspoons of tea mix, and let it sit for 3-5 minutes. Then strain out the tea mix. This tea was designed to use with a little honey and lemon. If you prefer, you can use more tea, or steep it for up to 15 minutes. Drink 1-3 cups per day. For stronger tea, which works well as iced tea, double the amount of tea mix you use, and feel free to steep it longer, or even overnight in the fridge.
