Add 8 oz of boiling water to approximately 2 Tablespoons of tea mix, and let it sit for 10 minutes or longer. Then strain out the tea mix. Drink 1-3 cups per day. For stronger tea, which works well as iced tea, double the amount of tea mix you use, and feel free to steep it longer, or even overnight in the fridge.
